| The mission of HCA is not only to provide quality health services, but also to be an agent for healing throughout the communities we serve. HCA hospital and facility employees join as caring teams to make a difference in local communities throughout the United States. In a unique national partnership between Habitat for Humanity International, The HCA Foundation and local HCA hospitals, more than 10,000 employees are working together to build new homes for families in communities where HCA is building or renovating hospital facilities. Since the program's initiation in April 2001, HCA has committed nearly $3 million and 80,000 volunteer hours to the project to build 49 new homes for Habitat families. |
